Those who frequent the Ferry Building will be glad to hear that Il Cane Rosso is finally open. The rotisserie and sandwich place from Coi chef/owner Daniel Patterson and former Delfina chef Lauren Kiino took over the old Mistral space. Originally set for the beginning of this month, the opening was delayed a bit due to a no-show plumber and a difficult landlord. Perhaps all’s well that ends well, though.
