Graham Elliot Bowles Takes On Julia Child

A tipster clues us in to the fact that the August issue of Vanity Fair (currently on newsstands with the beatific face of Heath Ledger on the cover) contains a Julie and Julia-driven profile of the late, great Julia Child. As an online supplement to the print article, VF asked various chefs to recreate some of Child’s classics — including our very own Graham Elliot Bowles, who’s put his spin on Vichyssoise Terrine with Chive Creme Fraiche and Petite Herb Salad.
