We’ve been obsessively tuning in to everything second season Top Chef winner and potential Downtown restaurateur Ilan Hall tweets these days, just as we’ve kept an eye on The Gorbal’s own Twitter page, in which the coming restaurant refers to itself in the first-person (as in “I can’t wait to see people eating inside of me”).
Big news is afoot, stirring the food-obsessed crannies of the Twittersphere. Ilan Hall tweeted this afternoon that he’s completed a menu and will be releasing dishes two at a time through his Twitter page.
