The be-accented lothario is promoting his Café Firenze Cookbook, which outlines the general food and drink ethos of his Ventura County, California restaurant. (It’s also, to Fabio’s mind, a riot: “This book, you are going to laugh all the way through. People who read it already, they need diapers. They pee themselves.”) If you would like to need a diaper (or maybe just get a glimpse at a charismatic reality star), you’ve got plenty of opportunity: Fabio’s packed schedule takes him from a cooking demo and book signing at Fox & Obel today from 1 to 3 p.m., to the same deal tonight at Wildfire from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Tomorrow he’ll be at Binny’s South Loop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and then at Riva from 3 to 5 p.m.
