The Fair Food Farmstand in Reading Terminal Market - which hopes to move into its new bigger digs in the former location of Rick’s Steaks before the end of the summer - has a new general manager. Seth Kalkstein, the head of the massive cheese department at the Rittenhouse branch of DiBruno Brothers will run the show starting in the next few weeks.
