What to Eat at Umbria Prime

Umbria has transformed into Umbria Prime, an Italian-flavored steakhouse by day, and three-story nightclub by night. The menu is, predictably, upscale: think chitarrine with Kobe meatballs, and a $65 porterhouse. These are hilariously high prices for very tough times, so we’re going to go ahead and adopt a wait and see attitude here.
