Accounts of a couple of much-ballyhooed tastings have hit the blogosphere — first, on the indie side of things, Not Eating Out in New York has a good recap of the Brooklyn Beer Experiment, where, according to the Experiment’s site, surprise judge Johnny Iuzzini crowned Rebecca Lando the dessert winner for her “beeramisu.” And Serious Eats has some food porn from the Street and Savory event last night, including skewered chicken hearts from Txikito and pork-belly satay from Fatty Crab.
