Chuck Sudo of Chicagoist tagged along with The Publican’s Paul Kahan on a trip to Michigan’s New Holland Brewery. Kahan and co. are working with New Holland to brew a beer that’ll make its debut at an August dinner at the Publican, and Sudo had a front-row seat on the beer-making, menu-planning, and general goings-on.
