The Bristol used to be one of the few places in town where you could sate your brunch craving on both Saturdays and Sundays, but no more: this Saturday’s brunch service will be the restaurant’s last. As of the weekend of June 27, the Bucktown small-plates-and-alcohol mecca will be opening its morning doors on Sundays only.
