First the painting over of the Día de Los Muertos mural, and now this. The L Magazine reports that one of the city’s truly great things, Pedro’s in Dumbo, has lost the outdoor seating that was part of its charm. The city’s dingiest sidewalk café will be closed for at least 120 days owing to legal issues. We kinda disagree with L’s reporter when she says the low-ceilinged bar isn’t a destination in its own right (especially when the jazz band is wedged in there), but this is definitely a blow.
