L2O’s Demon-Slaying Summer Cocktail

Summer at L2O means peaches this year: their seasonal cocktail, the Momotaro, is named after a character from Japanese folklore who was born from a giant peach and eventually grew to kill “all of the demons on the island of Onigashima, saving his village from impending doom.” This translates to a concoction of rye whiskey, crème de pêche liqueur, a tidge of lemon juice, and some lush egg white, finished in a martini glass with a splash of peach lambic beer. The combination of which is pretty much exactly what we’d expect a demon-slaying peach-dweller to taste like. [L2O Wineblog]
