Being on a boat with Boka’s Giuseppe Tentori: it’s what you’ve always secretly wanted, right? Because now that he’s signed on to be part of the “guest-enrichment program” on an upcoming Holland America cruise trip, that’s exactly what you can have. Setting sail on September 16 from Vancouver, the cruise runs up the western coast of Canada to Alaska and back again, with Tentori there with you all the while. He’ll do cooking demos, seminars, tastings, and Q&As; in the ship’s Culinary Arts Center, presented by Food & Wine magazine.
