Gluten-Free Gluttony at Ina’s

If you’re one of those unfortunate souls who can’t consume gluten, all is not lost: Chicago Mag reminds us that you can get gluten-free fried chicken at Ina’s on the second Wednesday of every month. Ina coats her birds in a breading made from potato starch and tapioca flour, so it’s just as crispy, greasy, and finger-lickin’ good as the wheat-based stuff. If fried chicken’s not your speed but you’re still looking to eat gluten-free, check out our complete list of gluten-free-friendly restaurants.
