Speaking of cute animals that don’t mind taking one for the team, check out the new T-shirts at Despaña. Spanish cartoon collective Kukuxumusu has done bull t-shirts before, but we’d like to think that this particular one depicts the store’s mascot, Pepe el Toro. Before his head was mounted near the sandwich counter, the actual Pepe was vanquished in a Málaga bullfight in August of 2004, but we’re happy to see him live on in T-shirt form, even if he’s somewhat cannibalistically holding up a leg of ham. T-shirts are $20 and the espadrilles, handmade in La Rioja, are $21.50.
