ChefBlogWatch: Primehouse’s Rick Gresh Gets Online

Add another to the swelling ranks of chefs who are taking to the internet as a creative outlet: David Burke’s Primehouse executive chef Rick Gresh has just launched the modestly-titled Time Released Brilliance. So far he’s avoided the standard “photograph plated dish; discuss” model of chefblogging, sticking instead to updates on his garden’s progress, whole-pig butchery, and recipes for rhubarb-infused Belgian Wit. His last dispatch was from Aspen two days ago — maybe soon we’ll hear about his showing at the Mystery Market Summer Soiree, in which he’s cooking at this very moment. [Time Released Brilliance]
