The debut of Top Chef Masters airs on Bravo at 10 p.m. tonight. Each episode features four chefs, only one of whom can move on to the season finale. Tonight’s episode features Boston’s own Michael Schlow (of Radius, 606 Congress, and Via Matta), New York’s Christopher Lee (of Aureole), Herbert Keller of San Francisco’s Fleur De Lys, and Tim Love of The Lonesome Dove in Dallas. We’ve already seen the season premiere and, while we’ll save the spoilers for tomorrow, we’ll tell you two things up top: host Kelly Choi makes Padma look like a ball of energy, and Michael Schlow finds microwaves deeply confusing.
