Carnivale Goes Local, On A Monthly Basis

For one week each month from now through September, check out the farm-to-table menu at Carnivale. Starting today and running through Saturday, the restaurant looks to Indiana, partnering with Green Acre Farms and Capriole Goat Cheese to bring out four courses that don’t travel as far as some of the restaurant’s other offerings. Check out a salad of Green Acre farms baby arugula topped with a Capriole “piper’s pyramid” of cheese, an entree of Jamison farm lamb chops, roasted potatoes, peas, and mint chimichurri, and a luscious-sounding guava and Capriole goat cheese cheesecake for dessert.
