This weekend is the opening on the Piazza at Schmidts in Northern Liberties, which also means three restaurant openings: Darling’s, an offshoot of Darling’s Cheesecake; The Swift Half, a sophomore effort from the owners of Good Dog; and Vino, a wine bar. We’ve got the menu for Darling’s, which hews to an updated comfort food aesthetic. Think: peanut butter and Nutella French toast or calamari fries with chili ketchup, wasabi, and aioli.
