“Don’t bank on Tuesday” for the opening of Locanda Verde, an operator for the Greenwich Hotel tells us. Ken Friedman responded by e-mail that the unveiling “will be later in the week.” Good luck booking a seat; one of the season’s biggest openings now has a reservation line, but no one’s picking up.
