Even if you’re not attending tomorrow night’s benefit dinner for farmer George Rasmussen at Goose Island Clybourn, you’ll have the chance to get in on the auction action. Bid on the chance to get A-list Chicago culinary talents (Koren Greiveson, Troy Graves, Paul Virant, Ryan Poli, Chris Pandel, Stephanie Izard, and others) to prepare a dinner in your home. (Plus beer!) The extraordinary roundup of chefs only goes to show how beloved a figure Rasmussen is to the Chicago restaurant community. The auction opens online tomorrow night (the URL is yet to be announced, but stay tuned) and will close May 28th.
The complete list of in-home beer dinner chefs up on the auction block, after the jump.
