While its official opening date isn’t until next Friday the 15th, the Loop’s newest Italian comfort-food destination Salute Wine Bar is doing a soft-open tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) — to help lure you in the door, they’re only charging half price of all wines ordered by the bottle.
