With its four restaurant and bar openings, the Piazza at Schmidts in Northern Liberties is undeniably one of the biggest (and most anticipated) openings of the year. The complex opened over the weekend, as did Darling’s and Vino (Swift Half and P.Y.T., the two other spots, have not opened yet). There’s a lot to look forward to, like Tommy Up’s P.Y.T., which is reportedly takes inspiration from classic Los Angeles burger joints like Apple Pan, and will have Milk and Honey designed cocktails.
