• Robert Nadeau stops by Off the Boat, which recently underwent a makeover including a ten seat dining room and a wine list. Though he gives it only two stars for the occasionally inconsistent food, he loves the service and the Saturday night tripe special. [Phoenix]

• On The Cheap recommends Trini’s Mexican Grill, an “outstanding” taqueria located in the Arsenal Mall of all depressing places. [Phoenix]

• Mat Schaffer hits up Stephi’s On Tremont and rather likes it, though much of the food is too sweet for his taste. [Herald]
