Chicagoist’s Chuck Sudo puts his cardiac health on the line and actually eats the “Graham Sexy Burger” on offer at graham elliot — the meat is deep-fried panko-crusted tenderloin, the bun is butter-fried Texas toast, the toppings are pork-larded aioli, mushroom and onion ragout, cheddar, tabasco ketchup, tomatoes, a fried egg and, for good measure, a precise three tater tots — and says “for all the extreme elements at play here, this burger actually works well. More than any other menu item Bowles offers, this one epitomizes the fun aspect he’s been trying to achieve with his food since opening almost a year ago.”
