That Chez Spencer French food truck that chef Laurent Katgely was supposed to start rolling last week but didn’t? It’s on track to start this Thursday, or so the internet says. The twitter feed is up and running, and on record with a May 21 opening date. There’s also a Spencer On The Go website, with the location across the street from Terroir Wine Bar set in the electronic equivalent of stone. So get ready Thursday for frogs’ legs with curry, braised skate cheeks, and escargot puffs served in their natural environment: A taco truck. Check the menu after the jump.
