Some eagle-eyes (or maybe pabbit eyes) at Meal Ticket noticed that Paul Liebrandt (a Food & Wine Best New Chef this year) was sporting a Pub & Kitchen shirt in a Gourmet article. What’s even weirder is that Liebrandt is talking up the ShamWow as a wonderful tool for his kitchen. He uses it to dry out fish and soak up extra brine at his New York hit Corton.
