The Korean BBQ taco craze that swept LA this spring has landed at Ansill. Ann Miller, one of the line cooks at Ansill (who happens to be Korean), has been making short rib and braised pork belly tacos at Happy Hour for the past week. The tacos, which are topped with kimchi and spicy chili sauce, are $5 a piece — way, way less than the price of a ticket to LA. An early report on Chowhound deems them “GREAT,” and if they’re even half as good as the Kogi truck tacos we had in LA, it’s pretty safe to say Ansill’s (already good) Happy Hour has made itself a dining destination.
