Legendarily tacky Salisbury Beach is getting two upscale restaurants this summer, reports Gourmet Gal. Capri has gotten a full menu revamp with a focus on authentic Tuscan fare. Richard Lambiase (formerly of Abe & Louie’s Steakhouse) has taken over the kitchen. Later this summer, Seaglass, a restaurant focusing on fish and steak, will open in the former home of the Pavilion. Finally, visitors to Salisbury Beach won’t have to trek to Newburyport for a decent dinner!
