The Japanese Culinary Center on 45th Street near Third Avenue will soon sell “hard-to-find Japanese ingredients — including soy salt, artisanal shoyu and live-culture white miso — in home-cook quantities,” just in case that Japan Premium Beef isn’t taking well to McCormick.
