The Cupcake Stop truck is officially launching next Wednesday, as Serious Eats revealed in its interview with owner Lev Ekster — and now we’re told that starting at 10 a.m., Ekster will be parked at 14th Street between University and Fifth Avenue, giving away 500 minis to those with offices nearby.
