Fenway’s Future Could Feature Less Fast Food

The Fenway Park-adjacent branches of Burger King and McDonald’s may be razed to make room for an “urban village”, reports the Globe. Developers envision a more expensive pleasant, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, full of new shops, restaurants, and apartments around Fenway, which leaves little room for fast food. No word yet on what new restaurants the developers have in mind, but previous projects feature (Longhorn Steakhouse in Landmark Center and Cambridge 1 in the Trilogy complex.
