One of the casualties of this recession, Frisee lasted in its Castro location just a little more than a year, getting some attention as it struggled to stay open before finally shuttering in December. The space has been dark since then, but the Tablehopper reports that it won’t stay that way. Chouquet’s owner Mickael Azoulay and chef Laurent Guillaume are teaming up on a new restaurant, to open in the space probably sometime in July.
