Observed at The Publican, Saturday night: NYC uber-restaurateur Daniel Boulud and San Francisco-based God of Offal Chris Cosentino sitting together at the kitchen-side end of one of the restaurant’s communal tables. Boulud didn’t stay put for long, though — he was up and glad-handing the NRA-star-studded crowd after just a few minutes.
