A Voce Launches Bar and Terrace Menu

While Andrew Carmellini prepares for lunch at Locanda Verde (launching June 1, according to Gael Greene), Missy Robbins is installing a bar menu at his old place, A Voce. Starting Monday, the menu will be served from 3 p.m. till 7 p.m. (during happy hour, when drinks are $6) at the bar and terrace, and then from 7 p.m. onward at the bar and the terrace’s lounge area (where there are couches). Here’s what you’ll have to choose from.

toasted almonds, fennel pollen, sea salt

Ricotta di bufula
buffalo ricotta, extra virgin olive oil, mint, thyme, chiles

Cassoncini con Prosciutto di Parma
cresenza and swiss chard filled fried dough,
prosciutto di parma

Melanzane ai ferri
fired roasted eggplant, parmigiano biscotti

Bagna cauda
radishes, piemontese anchovy-garlic sauce

peas, robiola, speck

grilled lamb sausage, salsa verde
