On Charlie Rose last night, Tom Colicchio mentioned that he’ll be in the kitchen with Thomas Keller for the first time since Keller’s bygone New York restaurant, Rakel. We’ve done some snooping for details, and it seems that not only will they be collaborating on the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival’s six-course “grand finale dinner” on April 18, but they’ll be facing each other in a round of celebrity-chef golf! While this is potentially awesome, it doesn’t mean anything to you if you can’t afford the $500 ticket and festival packages that go up to $4,750. So here’s some closer-to-home news from Camp Colicchio: The Don is indefinitely extending Tom: Tuesday Dinner, originally slated to run every other Tuesday for only a year.
