More A16 Kudos At IACP Awards

Nate Appleman, just back in town from receiving a Food and Wine Best New Chef award, may need to think about investing in a plus-sized trophy cabinet. The young pizza master with the Telly Savalas ‘do just bagged two more awards for his A16 cookbook.

The International Association of Culinary Professionals gave A16 Food + Wine its Book of the Year and First Book/Julia Child awards. Check out Grub Street and MenuPages Chicago for further coverage. And scope the full list of winners after the jump.
