
Keith McNally’s slow and deliberate debut of the restored Minetta Tavern continues. As of today, the restaurant is now open for supper on Sunday through Thursday until 1 a.m. and Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m. — the menu kicks in at midnight. Indeed, for the more well-heeled Central Village drink enthusiast, the option of a 2 a.m. Black Label burger is a serious development. Check out the late-night menu, below.
