We’ve never been coy about our love for West Philly’s Marigold Kitchen, but all personal bias aside, Meal Ticket currently has an excellent interview with chef Erin O’Shea. It’s devoted to talking about the Country Ham Dinner, possibly the most pork-filled dinner we will see in April (nothing but ham, Thursday and Friday nights this month).
