Chanterelle: The Story and Recipes of a Restaurant Classic won the Chefs & Restaurants cookbook category at the International Association of Culinary Professionals Awards yesterday. The book has more than 150 recipes and a thorough history of the 30-year-old restaurant. David Waltuck beat out Eric Ripert for the honor; On the Line was also a finalist. [IACP]
