
Sadly Tom: Tuesday Dinner is fully booked tonight, but chef Tom Colicchio sent his menu anyway. He’s excited about ramp season, see, and wanted to share. Ramps! Asparagus! Morels! Big Tom’s people say that he’ll likely serve this menu next time around, too, in two weeks, so maybe there’s a cancellation seat to be scored for that one.

Spiced pork confit with pickled ramps
Rack of lamb roasted with morels, ramps and fava agnolotti
Bay leaf panna cotta with spiced pineapple
Black sesame cake with mango mint salsa and yogurt sorbet
