Le Bernardin wine director Aldo Sohm — a.k.a the “Best Sommelier in the World” since winning a global competition in Rome last year — has introduced a spring series of wine classes and pairing dinners at the Salons Bernardin (155 West 51st Street, near Sixth Avenue). As you might expect with about twenty spots per event, they are tres cher. Check out the dates and topics, below.

What: The exploration includes six wines plus canapés, $125 all-inclusive.
