It’s been over a month since a fire closed all the restaurants on one Peterborough block and many Bostonians are still grieving the loss of El Pelon, Rod-Dee, and four three other shuttered restaurants. Fortunately, one neighborhood spot is ready to rally. Cosmo Catalano reports that on February 23, Church, located just around the corner from the scene of the fire, will host a neighborhood meeting about the fate of the restaurant row. City officials, the owner of the destroyed building, and all six of the restaurant owners will be present. Come on out and let the world know that you want Greek Isles, Umi, and the others to rise again!
