First there was Tom Coke-licchio. Now — reformed vegetarian Padma Lakshmi shilling for Hardee’s Bacon Western Thickburger. “The spot was directed by Chirs Applebaum, who memorably brought a babe and a burger together in a 2005 ad starring Paris Hilton.” Dude! This is so much sketchier than Padma’s Pantene commercial (making-of footage here). But what are we saying — this is the host of a cooking show that plugs Red Robin burgers. Why the heck not.
