Fino en Rama Sherry: Good For Drinking!

It’s not quite the same as popping a bottle of Chateau D’Yquem to braise your boeuf bourguignon, but we feel a little mortified to note that a certain sherry — Fino en Rama, Alvear 2003 — that’s lauded on the L2O wine blog for its crisp finish and delicate aroma, is the exact same bottle we turned to in order to add some depth of flavor to the chicken pot pie we made over the weekend. Should we be drinking this stuff? Our world explodes.
