No fewer than four food businesses in the Columbia Waterfront District have enlisted the services of a Christmas-crazed window artist with a penchant for tummy- or bummy-exposed Santas. Even Rudolph isn’t safe from indecency; the reindeer has his hooves on some moonshine in a mural at the Coffee Den on Union and Hicks.
