With those Hawaiian Tropic Zone ads and all, David Burke has to be one of the city’s most conspicuous chefs, but today “Page Six” runs an amusing item about how the “door bimbo” at Fishtail’s opening party didn’t recognize him: “The people who work for celebrity chef David Burke had better get to know his name and face.” Actually, so should the Post! In a typical “Page Six” botch job, the photo accompanying the item isn’t of David Burke!!
