We’ve just received broker Alex Picken’s December listings and there are a lot of familiar names on the market. First, a non-surprise: The troubled Dolce Vita is up for sale for $200,000. Rent: $7,500 per month. Next, Studio B can be yours for $1 million and a $22,000-per-month rent. Peter’s, the Upper East Side tavern, is selling for $400,000 plus $12,500 per month. Porky’s is up for $550,000 and $28,000 per month. Also on the market: “One of the country’s most famous nightclubs” — a 23,000-square-foot, multi-level Chelsea establishment on sale for $1.9 million. And we’re told that Movida, the long-vacant space, is looking for a whopping $3.75 million.
