There’s a cafe for sale in Noe Valley, and it’s a freaking steal with an asking price of $60,000. Do you know which one it is?
We just got off the phone with broker Oz Shamash, of Business Investment Management, who wouldn’t give up the name or address, or even the street. But he did say it’s about 600 square feet, and serves sandwiches, bagels, and coffee, but doesn’t have a proper range and hood for hot food.
Got any idea what this place is? We’re ruling out the recently sold Kookez, which did full meals. We’re also going to put it out there that we didn’t ask Shamash to define Noe Valley for us, so this place could very well be low on 24th Street. Our beloved Cafe Boheme isn’t on the block, is it?
