As Rob at Vital Information points out, tomorrow is a big day at the Green City Market. With not one but two demonstrations, led by not one but two of our personal favorite food-type people, it is totally the place to be before noon.
At 10:30, head over to see a demonstration from Rob and Allie Levitt, chef-proprietors of Mado, as they do a demo of various seasonal recipes that might or might not be making their way onto the restaurant’s menu.
And then at 11, one of our all-time favorite cookbook authors will be promoting her new cookbook: Sheila Lukins will be promoting Ten, an awesome cookbook that we actually made dinner out of last night (Sunday Sugio de Carne, the fact that it was Monday is entirely irrelevant to us). Sheila is a riot in person — hilarious, engaging, and brilliant — and we highly recomment checking out both her demo and the cookbook.
