Grub Street had a brief post up last week about “whose side are local restaurateurs on.” It’s completely New York specific, but since Mister Starr has restaurants here as well as in New York, we find it worth it to mention that he has donated $2,300 to Barack Obama.
Also, the limit for donations to a candidate for Federal office is $2,300.
